Before the Game

Do I need any prior knowledge?

No, you don't need any prior knowledge and you don't have to be Einstein. Just use your logic and common sense.

Do I have to be strong?

No, you don't need to have superpowers. Everything is easy to open. Nothing in the room needs to be broken. That wouldn't be fun for you or your game master.

Will it be scary?

The Maniac and Zombie rooms are scary rooms. So keep that in mind when booking. All other rooms are not scary, so there's no need to be afraid. You can leave the room at any time by pressing the emergency button. But please don't press the buttons just for fun, because then the game is over!

How can I rebook or cancel the game?

Cancellations or rebookings are generally not possible. If you have any questions or difficulties with your booking, please contact us immediately!

How can I pay?

Booking and payment for the game can only be done online. If you would like to add an additional person to your booking, you can pay by card on site (no cash payments)! Drinks are also available on site and can be paid for by card.

Children under 16 allowed alone in an escape room?

No, that is not permitted! They may only enter the escape room when accompanied by an adult player. This means a maximum of 5 children with 1 adult. Children aged 12 and over are welcome in the rooms with their parents (Magic School, Magic Lamp, Halflings), but only when accompanied by an adult player in the room.

Can more than 6 players be in a room?

No! For safety and fire protection reasons, a maximum of 6 participants are allowed in a room. There are no exceptions!

About our Games

How many rooms do you have?

We have 5 different escape rooms at our Potsdam branch. So there are a few to explore. The rooms have different themes, puzzles, and levels of difficulty.

Can I eat in the escape room?

Food and drinks brought from outside are not allowed. You can purchase chilled drinks from us before or after the game.

Is there a group discount?

No, there are no group discounts. We offer a discount card. With this card, you will receive ongoing discounts from us after just two visits!

What is the price for an escape room?

That depends on the number of people. The prices are as follows:

2 players: €119
3 players: €139
4 players: €159
5 players: €179
6 players: €199

Can two people play together?

Yes, that is possible. When booking, please note the information about the rooms, which states whether a room is for 2 or 3 or more people.

What happens if you get stuck in the room?

A game master will be there to assist you the entire time. You can ask them questions at any time if you get stuck and want a hint.

What should you wear?

Comfortable clothes and flat shoes are best.

Are Escape Rooms in Potsdam still popular?

Escape rooms in Berlin are still very popular! They’re especially enjoyed as group activities for friends, corporate events, or bachelor parties.

How does an escape room visit work?

The meeting point is 15 minutes before the game starts. Then you and your group will receive a briefing. Items such as bags, jackets, and cell phones will be stored in a locker. After the game master's briefing, you will go straight to the room. From then on, you will have 60 minutes to solve all the puzzles and get out of the room. After the game, we will be happy to take a souvenir photo with you. Afterwards, you can end the day in our restaurant and relax with something to eat or drink.

Are your rooms difficult?

We offer rooms with different levels of difficulty. One easy room: Halflings, then three medium-difficulty rooms: Maniac, Magic Lamp, Magic School, and one difficult room: Sherlock

Are you really locked in the room?

You are never really locked in. The entrance doors are either open or can be opened with the emergency button. So you can always leave the room.

Can you go to the bathroom during the game?

To avoid interrupting the fun, try to go before or after the game. But of course, you can leave the room briefly in an emergency. Your group can continue playing during that time.

What languages do you offer?

We offer all games in German and English. You can specify this when booking online or inform your game master before the game.

Can I bring a dog into the escape room?

No, that is not possible. Dogs are only allowed in our restaurant. Animals are not allowed in the rooms.

Can I bring a baby?

We advise against bringing babies, as our rooms are not designed for this age group. However, you are welcome to contact us before booking and we will be happy to advise you!

How long does the escape room last?

A game lasts 60 minutes. During this time, you must solve all the puzzles and escape from the room. Please allow a total of 1,5h for your visit, as the meeting point is always 15 minutes before the start of the game and we take a souvenir photo with you at the end.
